If you are unable to share your screen in a Zoom meeting or when recording your desktop in a screen recording system like Screencastify or Loom in Google Chrome, follow the steps below to enable screen sharing.

• Open the Mac System Settings by clicking the Apple in the top left corner of the screen.
• Click System Settings in the drop-down menu.
• Click on Privacy & Security in the left navigation menu and then click on Screen & System Audio Recording in the Privacy Settings menu.

• Click the toggle switch to enable screen sharing in Google Chrome and zoom.us. The switch is blue when the setting is enabled.
• Google Chrome and the Zoom application will need to restart for the change to take effect.
