Purpose
Sapphire consists of the Student Information System, Gradebook, Health Suite, and Community Portal. The Student Information System stores and manages all student data, including demographics, academic records, attendance, enrollment and scheduling, and health information. The Teacher Gradebook is used to track and calculate student grades for progress reporting. Health Suite maintains all health related information and the Community Portal is available to parents and students to view report cards, attendance and scheduling records.
