Newline Signage Pro
Newline Signage Pro is an advanced digital signage software that simplifies content management and deployment for displays. It offers an intuitive online portal where users can easily create, schedule, and manage engaging visual content for various screens.
Using Newline Signage Pro
To manage the TV displays in your building, you'll first need a Newline Signage Pro account. You'll receive an email to set up your Newline Signage Pro account. Within 24 hours of receiving the email, follow the instructions to create your password. Once logged in successfully, you can link your account to your district Google account for easier access.
After gaining access, manage your assigned displays by first adding content to the Newline Signage Library, and then to your screen(s).

Troubleshooting
- If the slideshow doesn't show on the TV:
- Sign into Newline Signage Pro
- Click Screens
- Click Edit on the screen.
- Once the screen opens, click Edit
- Click Save.
- The TV screen should refresh and display the presentation, but if not, remove the power cord from the Newline device box, wait a moment and then plug it back in.
