The Department of Technology Services has implemented a new tech request database system. IncidentIQ (iiQ) is an online portal that now allows staff members, students and parents/guardians to directly enter tech requests and track tech request history. This online service can be accessed anywhere via an internet connection and will create a more efficient way to work through technology requests and technical repairs.

Staff and students should now use Incident IQ for technology support. Click the Login with Google link and enter a district email address if prompted.
Parents/Guardians can assist their students by opening a support ticket with Technology Services through a guest account in IncidentIQ. When creating a guest ticket for support, please include your name and email address, your child's name and grade, and your question or issue.
Student Tech Offices
Student tech support offices are located in the High School/Middle School IMC and in the Bear Creek main hallway. Any student needing tech support can stop in to the office for assistance. The tech offices are staffed by members of the Technology Services department. When possible, students are asked to enter support tickets through IncidentIQ before arriving at the tech office. Teachers can enter support tickets on behalf of students if a student's Chromebook is not working. Periodically, the Tech Offices are closed so
