Troubleshooting

• Make sure the handset and cable are connected to the phone securely
• Restart the phone - disconnect cable from back and reconnect
• Check that call and ringer volumes are up
• Log in to voicemail to ensure the voicemail box is set up
• Open a support ticket if you need a new voicemail box passcode or your phone does not display your name.
