| 1 | Follow the directions below as the first level troubleshooting steps to correct grade discrepancies : | ||

| 3 | * In your Sapphire Gradebook, select a course and section | ||
| 4 | * Click **Utilities** (toolbox icon) in the left navigation menu | ||
| 5 | * Click **Schoology Integration Wizard** | ||
| 6 | * When the wizard opens, **select a class** to sync | ||
| 7 | * Where it says "Quick Class Sync", click the carrot (down arrow) to expand the menu | ||
| 8 | * Click **Full Class Sync** to begin the sync | ||
| 9 | * When the sync has completed, **go back to the Main Gradebook and recalculate the gradebook** (click the Save button). | ||
| 10 | * Compare grade totals in Schoology and Sapphire to see if the sync fixed the discrepancy. | ||
| 11 | * If grades still don't match, submit a support ticket in IncidentIQ. | ||
