HOWTO: Schoology Sapphire Grade Sync

Follow the directions below as the first level troubleshooting steps to correct grade discrepancies :
- In your Sapphire Gradebook, select a course and section
- Click Utilities (toolbox icon) in the left navigation menu
- Click Schoology Integration Wizard
- When the wizard opens, select a class to sync
- Where it says "Quick Class Sync", click the carrot (down arrow) to expand the menu
- Click Full Class Sync to begin the sync
- When the sync has completed, go back to the Main Gradebook and recalculate the gradebook (click the Save button).
- Compare grade totals in Schoology and Sapphire to see if the sync fixed the discrepancy.
- If grades still don't match, submit a support ticket in IncidentIQ.
