| 3 | 1. Ensure your badge has a unique ID attached to it. Some positions receive a picture-only badge, and these types of badges will not work. | ||
| 4 | 1. Scan your badge on the copier. It should beep if the scan is successful. | ||
| 5 | 1. You should now be prompted to enter a username and password. This is your district username (**first_last**) and password that you use to sign in to Google. | ||
| 6 | 1. Once you have logged in, you will be greeted with the normal print menu. You may now sign in to the copiers using just your badge. |
