christine_sklareski 1.6 6 Elizabethtown Area School District provides Toshiba copiers to support teaching, learning, and administrative needs. Black and white copiers are situated around each school. A color copier is available in each office to building admins and secretarial staff.

christine_sklareski 5.5 13 Staff log in to the copiers using district credentials. Staff may configure their district badge to access copiers. Scan the badge and then manually enter district credentials the first time. From then on, scan the badge.

Christine Sklareski 7.5 17 To print from Mac computers, use the File > Print menu or the keyboard shortcut Command + P keys. Print jobs may be printed from any copier in the district regardless of which building you print from. Print jobs will remain in the print queue for 3 days and then delete automatically if not picked up.

Christine Sklareski 7.6 20 **Access Google Drive:** You can use the copiers to print from and scan to your Google Drive account. Select "Drive and Scan" and then "Print from Drive". Find the file that you'd like to print, select it and then press "Print", or select "Scan to Drive", select a folder (optional), and "Scan".
