Any student needing tech support can stop in to the office for assistance. The tech offices are staffed by members of the Technology Services department. When possible, students are asked to enter support tickets through [[IncidentIQ>>http://support.etownschools.org||rel=" noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"]] before arriving at the tech office. Teachers can enter support tickets on behalf of students if a student's Chromebook is not working. Periodically, the Tech Offices are closed so kiosks are available where students can log support request issues.
