5.2 | 16 | **All Staff:** K-12 school districts are huge targets for cybercriminals, and phishing emails are usually their favorite way in. All it takes is one accidental click on a bad link to put an entire network and sensitive student data at risk. Taking just a few seconds to double-check an email’s sender and legitimacy of attachments before clicking makes you our absolute best line of defense! Review this “|rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"” presentation and test your knowledge with a short quiz. |

12.2 | 30 | **Teachers in grades 3 through 12**: As was shared in the spring, the new Google Assignments app has been installed in Schoology. The original Google Drive Assignments app will be removed from Schoology on Oct 31, 2026. There are 2 methods to grade using the new app, grading in Schoology and grading in Google. The grades from both grading methods will appear in the Schoology gradebook and then sync to the Sapphire gradebook. Look for demos this school year, but in the meantime, you can review |rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" or this |rel=" noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" to become familiar with the new app. |
